Few words about NOIP

We have NOIP = National Olympiad in Informatics Plus rather than National Olympiad in Informatics in Provinces.

More pricisely, we have one more task but an half hour less to compete.

Sincere CCF(China Computer Federation) thought we competitors were too weak to gain the admission to NOI, so they threw a harder version to us, and ensured that we would never have the chance to participate the Province Selection, which is set to sellect the NOI participants.
