My original Codeforces handle is @HKSTAIN. When I visit my profile, I see the message “The user is disabled.”
I recently changed my profile picture to a shirtless outdoor photograph, and I wonder whether this might be related to the restriction. I have not received any explanation, so I would appreciate clarification about the reason for the disablement.
Could you please review my account and let me know whether any rule was violated? If the picture was the issue, I am happy to remove it and comply with the platform's rules.
I would be grateful for a manual review and restoration of my account if the restriction was made in error.

Your account was most likely not disabled because of your profile picture. If you look at your WorldQuant Round 1 submissions you will notice that they were all skipped.
This means: You cheated so hard or You used mutliple accouunts during the contest
The administration won't restore your account, so just make a new one.
