Cheating case
Difference between en1 and en2, changed 15 character(s)
It has been found that [user:Minshh,2024-03-12] is cheating from last 3 contests and her submissions of last 2 contests also got skipped. But the rating changes for all these 3 contests are positive. Shouldn't there be penalty for cheating and after cheating for 2-3 contests that users must be banned?
