Welcome to CyberBlame, the coding contest under the technical fest, Sphuran 2.0 organized by Electrical Engineers' Society, IIEST Shibpur. We're excited to have you participate in this competition and showcase your coding skills.

To ensure fair play, we have set the following rules for the contest:

The contest will be held on the Codeforces platform. The contest will consist of a set of 4 programming problems from easy to the tough level which you will need all your skills to solve within the given time limit.

Rules:

1. The round will be held according to the ICPC rules.
2. Contest participants are prohibited from communicating with anyone during the competition.
3. Eligibility for prizes is restricted to participants who register for the contest at www.sphuran.co.in
4. Ensure that your code is kept confidential and not shared with other participants. If you use an online coding platform. It is your responsibility to secure the privacy of your code. Any form of plagiarism will not be tolerated, and participants found guilty will be disqualified.

The contest will take place on 7/4/2023, Friday 8:00 PM, and will run for 1:30 hours on codeforces.

Steps to register:

1. Join the IIEST Shibpur group on Codeforces. https://codeforces.me/group/Bm2GlT8MYu/
2. Open the group and go to contests.
3. Under the Contests tab, you shall see the contest for CyberBlame.
4. In the extreme right column, click on Register to register for the event.
5. Once you've registered on https://sphuran.co.in and on Codeforces, you are good to go.
