It has been found that [user:Minshh,2024-03-12] is cheating from last 3 contests and her submissions of last 2 contests also got skipped. But the rating changes for all these 3 contests are positive. Shouldn't there be penalty for cheating and after cheating for 2-3 contests that user must be banned? Also [submission:249789642] and [submission:249794822] are almost similar, So I think there must be penalty(should be banned imo) also for users who are promoting cheating by giving their solution to other people in between the contests like [user:Darshan_7,2024-03-13] did in this case.
