In today's contest (round #614), I swear I saw 300iq participating in the beginning and solved at least 2 problems, but now he's not in the standings and he has no submissions in this contest, does anyone know what happened?

He didn't perform well, so he has been removed.
may be you have visited the div 1 standings but @300iq has no submission at all. Neither in Div 1 nor in div 2 . @Codeforces are watching everything and they will take care if something confusion has happened.
Until then....happy coding :)
Sometimes there is a high-rating problem that you have seen (or discussed with problemsetters, or even proposed) before. In this case, I guess, you can ask to be withdrawn from the contest for fair-play reasons. Could be any other reason as well.
Yeah, I've seen D1F before.
