Merhaba everyone,

After a high quality Turkish Div. 2 round, I'm happy to announce what is mentioned in the title.

Problems were written by tolbi, mychecksdead, erkam, AlperenT, Weobe and me.
One of the problem ideas were proposed by egekabas, writers and their cross testing was mainly coordinated by Murat Demirbüken; day 3 was also tested by kafamcokkaristi.

Thanks to Qingyu for uploading the materials to QOJ (and putting up with me), Türkiye's commitee leader Fatih Demirci and olympiads organizer/sponsor TÜBİTAK for allowing us to go public. I really hope that sharing and striving for higher quality problems becomes a tradition for future Turkish contests.
