Merhaba everyone,

After a high quality Turkish Div. 2 round, I'm happy to announce what is mentioned in the title.

Problems were written by tolbi, mychecksdead, erkam, AlperenT, Weobe and me.
One of the problem ideas were proposed by egekabas, writers and their cross testing was mainly coordinated by Murat Demirbüken; day 3 was also tested by kafamcokkaristi.

Thanks to Qingyu for uploading the materials to QOJ (and putting up with me), Türkiye's commitee leader Fatih Demirci and olympiads organizer/sponsor TÜBİTAK for allowing us to go public. I really hope that sharing and striving for higher quality problems becomes a tradition for future Turkish contests.

I wonder if this could end up becoming a hint for April Fools 2027.

No information about the scores except the selected team (Yunus, Noyan, Alp, Ahmet Emre) were published, and they were selected based on a weighted sum: 80% of this contest and 20% of the national OI that was organized in 2025 December.

I don't want to publish the scores (anonymously or not) as well since none of the participants agreed upon it prior to their participation. But I extracted some minimal statistics about the problems, which I'm guessing what most would be interested in and I can hopefully share them without getting much into trouble:
