submission in queue for unusually long time

Hello Codeforces Team,

My submissions have been stuck with the verdict “In Queue” for approximately two hours. I submitted a second version with slight code changes, but that submission is also stuck in the queue.

Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with the judging system?
