How to find more cheaters?

Cheaters are way smarter than you think. Earlier cheaters were caught easily as they outperformed the Experts and CMs, now inorder to avoid flagging they are doing questions only upto a limit where they cannot be caught. I faced a lot of penalties yesterday so my rank got worse, now what do these guys do they get to 3k to 4k range, without getting any WA, as your rank highly depends on how fast you do the questions, and how much penalties you faced.

Although my iq is cooked, it does not mean a cheater will be ahead of me in a contest.
