This blog is not related to CP at all
Recently, I found out that some famous games (Clash Royale, Brawl Stars, etc.) were made in C++. For me, segment tree and Mega Knight those games seem to have no connection. So, if you guys know, can you please explain to me how were those game made in C++?

I think you should explore the following game engines:
Among these, I think Unity and Unreal Engine are the best options. I've also explored some of Unreal Engine's features, and I recommend watching a few tutorial videos to get a better understanding of how it works.
As a general piece of advice, you can also use ChatGPT or Gemini to ask these kinds of questions. They can provide detailed explanations, comparisons, and learning resources.
Isn't Unity on c#?
yes unity on c# but if he know c++ then its easy to learn c# that why i recommend it but if he want to go with c++ then he need to explore unreal engine. thank you pointing that mistake.
Recently Trunk has been added to Brawl Stars and he's related to trees so hey there is in fact a connection between segment tree and those games
What about Minecraft Bedrock Edition?
Just curious... Is the Roblox Engine coded in C++ Or do we use Lua to just make games in the platform?
Its Luau mainly for the platform, but engines are mostly C++
For basics, try qt creator ... you can make some good games there with simple logic
To me I think those games actually uses segment tree or stuff, but you won’t just see it like let me take an example: C++ doesn’t know what a Mega Knight is, just as a segment tree doesn’t know what a game is. They’re both tools, and game developers use programming languages and algorithms together to create something interactive.
Think as you’re developing a game, you need to solve problems like average cp problems in Codeforces but different: -You want: + Display your own character = you need to implement graphics rendering + Make them move = where they move and logics? + Detect something or collide smth = Collision detection algorithms + Make enemies attack = game logic and state machines. + Play sound = Audio system + Remember someone stuff = data storage stuff + Run on different devices = Platform specific code stuff + Multiplayers: Networking stuff
yeah C++ do these but developers rarely implement everything from scratch. They can use a game engine, existing libraries, tools made by other developers, and assets created by artists. A game engine provides reusable systems for graphics, audio, input, and other common tasks. Developers then build the game’s unique mechanics on top of those systems.
Think uh like you’re solving stuff in Codeforces. When you solve a problem using a segment tree, you don’t need to build a computer, write a compiler, or implement memory management first. You use existing infrastructure and concentrate on the problem you’re solving. Game development works same but just larger
Sorry if it was too long since I’m too interested become a game developer so you actually touched my heart mk
Thank you :D
