Okay so i made a blog yesterday which deleted because of problem 6 solution being very standard...
Long story short, I downloaded all the codes submission of p5 p6 p7 p8 and ran plagarism test using Dolo (reliable opensource software) scraped and got this Old Version and Old Clusters.
Someone suggested to remove p6 because of many false positives. And we generated New Version and New Clusters . And This will help you track more cheaters faster hopefully.
Now its sorted in decreasing order of average plag percent and unique submission. Tho i believe there can be still many false positive plags so Do not panic. Also Anything under 65 is not that concerning.
Rest I took 2-3 days and did for the indian CP community.My aim was for cheaters teams could be sniped easily. Again I meant no harm to Legit Teams I have highest respect for them and they may be false plaged.

Do that for P4 also , as many people have written dp at the place of simple greed solution .
yea i wanted to do that, First of all there are so many submissions like 2.5k+ and codechef do not let u see after 25 pages even if u do 100 per page
