The beloved "Propose a contest/problems" tab now supports proposing Div. 3 and 4 rounds. It is available for blues and purples above a certain number of contest participated threshold with no history of sussy contest behaviors.
Please submit your proposals there instead of doing osint to find my contacts or contacting everyone I ever spoken to tell them you need me to coordinate you. Thx.

Finally i can spam div3s with x2 rate and forget about them for good, only to find a piece of ancient knowledge in like 6-8 months or so
Are the rules the same as the ones in Kan's blog "How to set a Div. 1 or a Div. 2 round on Codeforces"?
If not, maybe Kan should update the old blog(and the annoying waiting queue, my proposal has been 2 months, :sob).
