Hello codeforces, i came upon a div 1 A, but it was easier then most div 2 B or C, so i wanted to know how are the prob lems graded and if i can somehow participate in the vote, with my main account, thank you!

Which problem
2190A is a div 1 A, but like the 1552B is a seemingly harder then 2190A
They are over 500 contests apart. You can't really compare them directly since time changes how the problems are written. Also I believe a problem's rating is based on the ratio or amount of people that solve it. You can also take a look at this blog: https://codeforces.me/blog/entry/46304
