For some time now, it appears that kenkoooo no longer marks solved/attempted problems. In addition, new problem ratings are not calculated, but the rest of the site seems to be working as usual. Did anything happen? Is it related to Atcoder API? I would be pretty sad if we have to say goodbye to problem ratings forever...

It's due to AtCoder requiring Cloudflare verification at sign in now. The creator of AtCoder Problems has confirmed that they're working on a fix.
That sounds better. When this happened to me I wrote a mail to them highlighting it, since I thought it was only me whose submissions are not getting crawled.
