I have been stuck in division 4 ever since I created this account. How to get out from it?

I misread this as How to get out of prison? xD T>_<T Codeforces isn't only about contests and problem set archive, but the blog section is great!

Division 4 is <1400, you're not in division 4. You're in division 3 (1400 — 1600).

change your handle to "iamdiv3" at the end of the year because you're already in it :)
