i was talking to a friend and we did a research about upvotes and downvotes we found that < expert usually get downvote while cm+ always get upvode i need explain Note:- down vote if you are cheater

while I do not reject the fact that ratism does exist in some sense, we need to examine these cases individually. generally speaking, for a better contribution it is better to be kind, helpful, constructive, and last but not least, sympathizing. remember that people who downvote are still people, and this should be understandable naturally.
