Unable to solve Find the Permutation from IARCS online judge

I was trying to solve this problem : http://opc.iarcs.org.in/index.php/problems/FINDPERM

I am getting 80 with 2 test cases getting TLE. Would be grateful if someone posted some hints or gave the solution to the above problem.
