Need Help: My classmate can't login her atcoder account

Today one of my classmate found that she can't login her atcoder account, it always says "Username or Password is incorrect." Then I found its color is black and can't view any of her code now. I don't know why. The last contest it particape is ARC199200(update), but its rating updated after it. She never use ChatGPT, Claude, deepseek or Wenxin Yiyan in any of the contests. How to found this account back?
