The editorial for E says $$$d_{x,0},d_{x,1},\dots,d_{x,y-1}$$$, but shouldn't it be $$$d_{0,x},d_{1,x},\dots,d_{y-1,x}$$$ based off of the definition of $$$d_{i,j}$$$?
