take break come back
helps reset focus if you put your energy (hopefully towards something else that's productive) towards something else and then come back later, be it days or weeks or months
I usually train harder when my rating drops. I always have hopes to get better and reach IOI. That is the only real target that is boosting me. Always put a target for yourself so you don't feel demotivated at any time even if your rating dropped heavily, you can do better next time.
