So I am in a bit of a peculiar situation. After some rounds were recalculated, my deltas increased just enough to make me master for the first time, but since I immediately got a negative delta on the next contest, I ended up losing rating in a Div. 2 as (technically) a master. I thought this would fix itself after a bit, but nothing ended up changing, so here I am.
Is this supposed to happen? Has anyone had this happen to them?

I got the opposite situation, getting a rating for Div 3 while I was an expert. I think it was a bug and later it was agreed to be a feature
rated registration is decided before the contest and not after, so I think this is not unfair; or at least it is consistent with other scenarios (i.e. it is a feature not a bug)
well, that makes sense (i would not be here if i actually gained that second contest)
You are not getting master if we reverse the order of these 2 contests either?
If we reverse the order of these 2 contests, he/she should be around 2120.
