Losing Rating From a Div. 2 as a Master

So I am in a bit of a peculiar situation. After some rounds were recalculated, my deltas increased just enough to make me master for the first time, but since I immediately got a negative delta on the next contest, I ended up losing rating in a Div. 2 as (technically) a master. I thought this would fix itself after a bit, but nothing ended up changing, so here I am.↵

Is this supposed to happen? Has anyone had this happen to them?↵
