Hello!
I'm planning to create a private contest for around 30 people for a university club using existing Codeforces problems. Is creating a mashup the best format for this, or is there a better alternative for private contests. I also felt that the judging times have been rather long the last couple of days. Is there anything I can do to minimize delays during my contest?

the only delays happened recently due to div4 contest and div4 testing. during non — contest times you almost have no delays. and for the problems yes mashups will do ok, but do some research and find good and fun problems, and maybe change the problem titles and persons in the problems as well. good luck
