How to perform at a normal level in CF competitions?

I am a Chinese, and most CF competitions are held after 22:00. I can usually work out * 1600 and below questions stably, but I often fail to play at my normal level in CF competitions, and I have repeatedly completed the feat of not doing B or C questions (Div.2).

What should I do?

do more luogu instead of cf, or maybe consume like energy drinks.

Just keep on doing what u r doing.U can reach CM by the end of the year.Ur account is pretty good.
