How to select the problemset to solve ?

Currently i am a newbie and want to know should i solve a2oj ladder or cses problemset or should i solve codeforces problemset like one page of every rating of 1000,1100,1200 and so on . Please give advice on how to proceed.

I am also a beginner but from what I have heard is that a2oj ladder is too old .i got to know that we can solve problems from c2 ladder ,cp-31 sheet

Since you're a beginner, I recommend focusing on Codeforces problems for now. I mostly use CSES to practice specific topics, but at your level it's more important to practice problem solving.

Of course, however, this depends on your goals (preparing for ICPC or a national OI, just doing CP for fun etc).
