    time is the key in my case I improved gradually (this is my 2nd account). Tried to learn whatever I like to learn then do contests that's it...

      Yeah, after reaching 3000 comes the next target 3001 after all. Sometimes I am not available when there's a round, but otherwise I just like participating, so why would I quit...

I don't know why it seems that it's much easier to get higher performance in div3 instead of div1+div2 or div2.It's unfair.Div3 is much easier than div2 but some guy can just reach CM by div3 at once.
Sorry for my poor english. :(

          Thats not what you originally said. You said no one reaches CM from div3. This is not true.

          Even from non new accounts, you can get quite close to CM from winning one div3.

              actually considering the real rating, it would've been a 1913 -> 2240 jump, which is much more than the 300 needed to reach CM.
