I am planning to create a MegaMath Channel Contest. How do I create a contest? I can create a mashup but not a contest.

if you mean like an actual codeforces round, then you have to submit your contest(but there is a rating threshold you have to reach). but if you mean just make a contest that everyone can take part in, I think mashup is exactly what you need

      create the mashup, then go into your profile > problemsetting > click the mashup > edit > and then there is a setting to make it private or public
