WHAT IS THE TIME COMPLEXITY OF THIS APPROACH? IS THIS BETTER THAN OTHER SSSP ALGORITHMS?

You Can Use dijkstra algorithm for SSSP which Compelxity batter then Your code.

It looks like you're trying to apply BFS-like traversal to a graph with weighted edges, which just doesn't work. You keep pushing nodes to the queue based on their proximity to the starting node, but with no respect to actual distances.

Just use Dijkstra's algorithm with something like a std::priority_queue.
