Why I passed pretests during the contest, but get TLE on a pretest after the system test?

And I submit this code five times after the contest(same code, just add some comments, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), none of them get TLE.

I think it's because the volatility.

I hope anyone can rejudge it.
