Hi everyone I've been trying to solve 744C - Hongcow Buys a Deck of Cards for a while now but still I haven't figured it out yet...

I've tried reading the Tutorial and reading a few codes but that didn't help much...

I will be very grateful if someone could please explain how to solve it in a detailed manner...
