While there are several support emails listed online, **[email protected]** is the one that actually resolved the issue for me.↵
Just email them with the screenshot of the confirmation mail from Nadel Stores, and the claim code from your Hacker Cup profile.↵

**UPD: **ATE: I got to know that the other emails, such as **[email protected]** and **[email protected]**, are also responding sometimes, so another way could be to email these as well each week until you get the FedEx mail.↵
