I would to know why this type of cheating can not be skipped or even banned in the last Div 4 Codeforces Round 886 (Div. 4) I saw a lot of people cheat in an ugly way you can see some of them here 214899709 214868771 214860063 214918340 214911596 214907210 214878598 "can not solve a basic Binary Search Problem and basic math XD" why there is no effective way to report this submission and this user? they reach Blue Or Even Red in this way when I see someone reach Blue in 4 or 5 months and I am stuck in green for more than 1 year I will be sad and leave CP hope this blog reach to someone who can help us with this problem and there is an image of them while cheating:
