I noticed that in many recent round announcements authors thank the coordinator for some kind of especially good coordination.

Did those coordinators do something special? If so, what exactly was so amazing about their work?

It is also interesting that they are using different words every time, which makes me think it is a meme of some sort. Is it?

which makes me think it is a meme of some sort. Is it?

I was asked to write the thanking part for round #800.

It was not intended to be a meme, it's just that using the same adjectives again and again might sound a bit too lame, I just used "breath-taking" which I thought was new.

Obviously, clicking on that button to change the status from "Pending for Review" to "In Review" is a very difficult job. It's a privilege that the coordinator did that, so one should thank them, otherwise next time....

I can't say much about the others, but errorgorn's coordination really was fantastic. Aside from regular coordinator stuff, he was very proactive in contest preparation, and was probably the best coordinator experience I've had on Codeforces so far.

Regarding using different words every time, I try to do that intentionally because my sense of humour is stupid and I think it's incredibly funny.

Next time the coordination will be supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

Round 793 wouldn't have been possible without antontrygubO_o. He coordinated it for roughly 6 months and pushed us far beyond our limits.
