Is there any dedicated queue for mashup contests? If we take a mashup contest in gym during an ongoing codeforces regular round, will there be any problem?

No, there Won't be any problem as far as I know. There should be a dedicated queue for gym submissions.
Don't know about mashup. But about gym, there is not only common queue, but also contest submissions seems to have priority over gym submissions. I had case, that I submitted the solution in gym and it was checked after 1.5 hours, but there were no queue greater than several minutes on contest.
Our contest has just finished. Though we didn't face any difficulties.
