Topcoder web arena is not opening it is just showing this to me:

Do anyone know how to find number of Minimum spanning trees in a given graph? I know Know Kirchhoff's theorem can be used to find spanning trees but I want number of minimum spanning trees.

I tried to solve problems like : 1. SPOJ POSTERIN 2. SPOJ HISTOGRA 3. Codeforces C2.Skyscrapers But i could not even understand the logic behind the stack based O(n) solution of above problems. Can anybody help.
