Topcoder web arena not working

Topcoder web arena is not opening it is just showing this to me:

and after sometime it shows a login timeout window and then when i login with the right id and password then also it shows this:

THIS IS SO FRUSTATING HELP ME!!!!

    But I just dont like it it has small font size not good for my small screen laptop, it is slow, its just painfull to use!!!
