Whats going on? Every link I click on leads me to that cloudflare verification page. Its not just me right?

Hi all, me and my team are participating in icpc this year (we don't really have any hope lol, we're just doing it for fun). So I thought I should probably try to get better at DP. So I watched some lectures on knapsack, LIS, LCS and so on. However, I still don't have much idea how to exactly think about a DP problem:( I was wondering if some DP gods could help me out here, like maybe guide on what problems to begin with so I can gradually get better. Thanks in advance!!

I resubmitted my solution to problem B (I forgot to ios::sync the first time :( ). However, my first accepted solution is showing Skipped. Is that expected? I hope it is, because my first and second submissions are literally the same

Also, its extremely saddening how not adding the ios::sync line gives a TLE. I submitted the first time with my submission taking exactly 1 second to get accepted, but did not notice that time limit was also 1 second, and unfortunately when I did it was too late. I managed to submit the 2nd solution by adding ios::sync, but I noticed my rank dropped to 8k+ :(( Wish 2 seconds were given for this problem
