I found two copies of the same code in div2 yesterday

I think it is of best interest to ignore those and focus on your practice :)

I don't think 2 was enough for codeforces to respond, the system would invalidate solutions that are shared among 4 or 5 participants. It is highly unlikely for those solutions to be authentic, but still plausible
