Hello CF community. Hope you guys are doing well.
I have been doing Competitive Programming for past few years, but these days i do not enjoy problem solving so i stopped competing and upsolving.
I am still in my university and I found the field of Cybersecurity interesting and wanted to explore it a bit. When i googled, a lot of stuff came there and i got confused where to start. I don't know if it's even ok to ask it here but i wanted to know that if someone from CF community is in this field then, can you please share your experience how you learned stuff, and what youtube channels & blogs can i follow.
I will be joining a company as a Software Eng. next year, but still i want to explore this field, any advice/guidance is highly appreciated.

If you want to do some hands-on learning I recommend participating in CTFs — they will teach you the basics of different categories — reverse engineering, website security, stenography, cryptography, almost anything you can think of :) I can recommend PicoCTF to beginners, they really start from the basics, you can find tons of writeups(editorials) in the internet, and the learning curve is pretty smooth.
About news — ycombinator, reddit (programming/cybersecurity, netsec), there are lots of twitter accounts, on youtube I can highly recommend LiveOverflow videos.
i am actually following liveoverflow, tbh it's tough to understand his videos(maybe i am very noob) but will keep watching them and learn.
Also can you please name a few twitter accounts.

The reason you are getting downvoted is that you just created a fake account with a stupid name only to post this here when you could simply have posted the same thing from your original account (I am assuming you have one because you wrote you did competitive programming for few years). Frankly, with that attitude, I think you deserve it.
