Problem to see the code!!

I am having problem to see the codes of the participants of this contest :

Codeforces Round 110 (Div. 1)

here is one submission : 1244730

you will see the the text "Program source is not available.".

What is wrong ?

tourist gets AC even if the source code is not compilable.
