I know this is not the platform to ask this question. I am kind of helpless and this is very difficult to find answer only googling about china from outside of it. This week my family came into shock to know that my elder brother has serum creatinine level 10, which is stage 5 of CKD. Doctor here in Bangladesh give advice to start dialysis immediately and possible kidney transplant in future. We heard that there is good treatment is available in china to reduce the serum creatinine level by traditional chinese treatment but don't able to found enough research resource about that. Codeforces is a great platform for people all around world of kind heart and good amount of chinese community is also present here. Anyone can provide me any necessary links, document, possible review of kidney treatment or any kind of information will be a great help for me and my family. Have a good day.

Be very careful with "traditional %nation_name% treatment"s. A lot of them are not proven to be effective, and you will just waste a lot of money and nothing will happen.

First thing you should do is to find scientific articles about that treatment to see if it really helps.

Yes, I am Chinese and I totally agree with dalex. I do not say it has no effect, but be careful. As a foreigner who will stay in Chinese Hospital, I guess it will cost much time and money, maybe need a couple of periods of treatment. It depends on the hospital, maybe hospitals in Beijing or Shanghai are better, but costs a lot and you may feel even unreasonable. Sorry not to provide the exact link to help you because I do not feel reliable.

Thank you so much frank_expert for your reply. One of our relative is in china for business work and told us about two specific kidney hospital, Shijiazhuang Kidney Hospital China — Kidney diseases, peking university first hospital. I only got a review of Indian in youtube about Shijiazhuang Kidney Hospital China — Kidney diseases hospital which is also four years earlier. Medical science improving a lot every year, if there is any sight of knowledge current treatment process will be great help.

You can post your questions to chinese subreddit(https://www.reddit.com/r/china/). Maybe you can post to r/AskDocs/ or r/medical for information. Although I don't have enough experience with these subs but I think they can provide some kind of assistance.

If you are expecting Chinese's reply, it's not a good idea to ask on reddit, because it's blocked in China.

But asking in Codeforces may not help either, because the users are young, most of us are not familar with medical treatment, and can't provide more information than the search engine.

However, hope you can get a satisfactory answer.

In my experience: 1. As dalex and Expert mentioned, BE VERY CAREFUL with traditional chinese treatment. Generally there is no sufficient modern medical research to support their efficacy. Even in China, this issue is highly controversial. 2. Most of us may not be familiar with CKD, you'd better get information from well-known public hospitals. Be careful with the result of search engine like Baidu, it's notorious for ranking of bidding. 3. Some famous public hospitals: Peking Union Medical College Hospital; Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai; West China Hospital (Huaxi Hospital), Chengdu.

If you remember Swistakk once you said codeforces is slowly becoming Quora. I can see that happening
