I bet that codejam's owo is jqdai0815 because their templates are identical, code style is similar and cf's akovski use different template and has different code style.
It's interesting that they removed the policy of the previous year's world champ, and the other 25 highest scores advance to finals. Most unfortunate for Kaizero I suppose :/
Also, is Jacob from Google? Does this mean Kaizero is actually lucky?! :O
Not anymore. He is eligible as long as there is no ban for ex-employees.
Jacob moved to Yandex earlier this year.
Thanks for reminding me to correct the profile here on CF.
I'm the 26th... Can I advance to Finals? I thought that I'm safe because of the rule, but I'm nervous now.
Finally, I advanced:)
My favorites are rng_58 and SnapDragon. All the best to both of them!!!
Could you please add DCJ advancers here?

Seems like 5 people qualified for both
Actually, I think there are 6 that qualified for both, since Syloviaely and Syloviaely are the same person
I stand corrected
I got 24th place in DCJ. What is my chance of advancing to the onsite finals? How and when do I find out in positive case?
You'll likely receive an email along with the finalists. It may even be the case that you receive invitation and are asked to apply for a visa in case if someone withdraws shortly before the competition. It was the case of PavelKunyavskiy, who got 28-th place in GCJ last year (but was not invited after all).
It was shocking finding out there were only 19 competitors on DCJ and next in the list was me :'(
Maybe next year...
Just to give you an idea: I got 22nd in the qualification of DCJ and could only be invited to the final round on August 3, which means two more withdrawals happened even later -- most probably there was not enough time remaining before the contest to make an arrangement for you :(
I guessed so, anyway it would be a terrific experience that event.
Congratulations on the big win!
Why jqdai0815 didn't paticipate in both DCJ and GCJ
This is so sad to not seeing him there :(
