In the previous episode, I won a prize, and you sent the gift via DHL. However, the customs clearance process was overly complex, with high fees required, and ultimately, I couldn’t receive the T-shirt. Now, I've won a T-shirt again in this episode, but I’m concerned the same issue may happen this time as well.

I recieved a notification of a shipment from DHL, and judging from the content, I believe it's the Kotlin Heroes Episode 11 tshirt I was supposed to recieve. However, DHL is asking me to pay for clearance:
"Before authorizing DHL to arrange clearance please call our Hotline between 09:00-23:00, 16359 or 09604100400 for estimation of customs duty amount. Once the duty estimate is agreed on, you will receive an email notification with an online payment link for advance amount and upload of related clearance documentations."
Was that supposed to happen? Last time when I was supposed to recieve a tshirt (for episode 9), DHL didn't ask me to pay for clearance:
"We are looking forward to your authorization to initiate clearance process, no need to make any payment.Please reply to this email attaching all required additional documents as stated below to authorize DHL for initiating the clearance process."

I'm ranked 28th in the Kotlin Heroes: Episode 11 competition and have won the prizes of a Kotlin Heroes T-shirt and exclusive Kotlin stickers. Recently, I received a DHL package from "BRAND ADDITION" shipped from the UK to China, and I presume it's the arrival of my prizes from Kotlin Heroes: Episode 11. Could you please send me photos of the prizes or provide information about the brand or logo? This information is required for customs declaration, and without it, I may not be able to receive the package.
