Maybe you know about this issue?
I think from time to time topcoder is irresponsive and returns errors. Usually it works fine in a few hours/days.

Why are people even still using TopCoder when it has been literally years since their platform is filled with bugs?
IMHO problems are good. And I agree that website is terrible to use, but I hope that they will fix all bugs.
