Probably because upsolving was blocked for 2-3 hours.
Its not just today. This happens alot. Codeforces needs to come up with a way to buy more servers
agree , sometimes its pissing me of, you solve a problem you think its correct , and after an hour it comes out that you have WA on a test. PLEASE FIX THIS !!!
