why codeforces are slow? are there is an issue on the website ?? codeforces is down a lot of time.

    Neah, he's right. Codeforces has always been approximately slow, but these days it is way slower than usual — it doesn't load anymore, and when it does, it is a moment worth celebrating.

    It wouldn't make much sense given that there is at most one extra running per submission (on the failed test), but the synchronization is odd, indeed. It might be, but I don't know how would that matter so much
