I am looking for a proper tutorial for creating new problems in Polygon but I am facing a lot of troubles as there are too many options to populate and some options are not understandable for me. Can anyone provide me a simple tutorial on it? Thanks in advance.

I also had the same problem but I learned it little by little alone. If you have questions, google it or ask me for help.
I am unable to understand what does "Package" mean? There are two options: standard and full. Which one to use? I am totally stuck there because it causes RUNTIME_ERROR and some exceptions there.
Two last packages are created just when you create the full package and the first one created when you create the standard one.
Tell me which error you get, maybe I could help :)
I am getting: PackageException: Can't create english statement: [Unexpected verdict RUNTIME_ERROR: Exit code is 13131313]

For checking if there anything is okay, just press the
Verification:(start)on the right side. It takes several minutes to check.I took a look and there was no problem but don't forget to add validator.
