Forcing yourself to code problems that you do not feel comfortable to implement, lose the fear of it.

And it has good coding practices (like functions).

I remember the first day of my programming assignment, The teacher asked to find the second integer among the given three integer in any ordering(ascending or descending). Our code needed almost 60 to 70 lines. For this trivial task. Maybe we didn't have much talent.

But, Now, Anybody of us would laugh to see that code. What I meant, speed and elegance will come, Just keep accuracy in implementation.

Few rules I follow, 1. Code clean(though most competitive programmers will disagree.) 2. repeat one.

Coding has one golden rule my friend- "PRACTICE makes PERFECT I understand that you may think it as a cliched answer, but it is very much relevant. Whenever I have asked for advise from my seniors and teachers, I have always been advised three things-

1)**Learn a language**

2)**Learn algorithms and data structures**

3)**Practice**

and the last step is what makes all difference. Practice is what makes a rookie a pro coder. Perfection is not built overnight, it need months, months of failures, anger, disappointment and still not giving up.

There are a lot of resources on the internet to help you with the first two steps. I would personally recommend thenewboston channel on youtube for the first step and any of the topcoder, hackerrank, mit, geekforgeeks, commonlounge tutorials for the second step.

As for the third step, its entirely up to you how bad you want to improve your coding skills.
