Hello Codeforces Community and MikeMirzayanov,
I am writing this blog from my new ID (mai_ashu_hun) because my main account (2k23_csds2310610) was banned 21st September due to plagiarism in a Codeforces Round 1122 (Div. 3) contest. I have already sent emails and DMs on CF and Gmail but haven't received a reply, so putting this in front of the community is my last hope. I accept my mistake and deeply regret it, but I earnestly ask you to look at my genuine hard work over the past year and a half.
I have been consistently grinding on Codeforces to improve my problem-solving skills. Over the last 1.5 years, I have solved 600+ problems on CF and participated in 80+ contests with complete sincerity , which is how I reached my current rating of Pupil. My hard work is real, and I am attaching the proof here:

The most special and heart-touching screenshot is from June 22nd. It was around 12-1 at night, and I was completely stuck on a problem named "seats" 2188B - Seats. After grinding through 10 wrong attempts, I finally got an AC. I was so proud that I even posted it on my Instagram story. I truly believe no cheater would grind this hard or make that many attempts at midnight for a single problem.

MikeMirzayanov, I sincerely request you to please do something. Let me off with one last warning. I give you my absolute word that I will never do this again. I am not lying when I say that for the past two nights, I have been having dreams about my ID getting enabled and giving contests again.
To the community: guys, if you cannot upvote this post to help me, please do not downvote it. My real sweat and blood went into that account.

@MikeMirzayanov I went through the whole post, and honestly, I can understand why this means so much to him. What happened was definitely a mistake, and the rules are important, but I also think that accepting the mistake and asking for one last chance shows that he really wants to move forward.
The screenshots and the consistency over the past months do show that he has put a lot of genuine effort into programming.
What happened was a serious mistake, and I understand why Codeforces has rules against plagiarism. At the same time, I also believe that people can learn from their mistakes and genuinely change. The effort shown through the problems solved, contests participated in, and the consistency over such a long period is worth acknowledging.
I sincerely hope the Codeforces team can take another look at the case and, if possible, consider giving one final chance under whatever conditions they find appropriate. Sometimes a second chance can mean a lot to someone who genuinely wants to improve and follow the rules going forward.

You fell for the variable trap here, so your account was deactivated because you used AI in contest. I'll also note it's not your first skipped contest, so you already did have a second chance on your account.
wrenzox I just thoroughly checked my entire contest history and my connected email account. I have never received any prior warning, and there are absolutely no skipped submissions before 21st September, penalties, or unrated tags in any of my past contests. This is my very first and only offense. Please do not spread false information. If I had already been given a second chance, I wouldn't be making a public appeal and tagging the admins.
@MikeMirzayanov , I've known Ashish personally, and I've seen how much time and effort he has genuinely put into competitive programming over the past year and a half. His consistency, the number of problems he has solved, and his dedication to improving his skills are not something that happened overnight.
I'm not here to justify the mistake he made if the rules were violated, he should take responsibility for it, and I believe he does. But I also believe that one serious mistake does not necessarily define a person’s entire journey or their willingness to improve.
I sincerely hope the Codeforces team can review his appeal once more and consider his overall history and circumstances before making a final decision. If given another opportunity, I genuinely hope he uses it to rebuild that trust and strictly follow the rules going forward.

I also know @2k23_csds2310610 personally, and I genuinely believe this ban was a mistake. I've watched them build that up contest by contest. Automated ban systems do misfire sometimes, and I really hope CF takes a proper second look here. Hoping this gets sorted soon.

Although I do not condone any of the actions performed by 2k23_csds2310610 in the last contest, I genuinely believe that he should be given one more chance. Having observed his journey, I know his passion for problem solving and trying to level up is genuine.
I know that what he did was unmistakably wrong, and he's paying the price for it right now. But, I think it might've been a spur of the moment lapse in judgement, where pressure/fear could've made him take such steps.
As you can see that he deeply regrets his actions, I believe he has learned from this experience, and will not repeat the same mistake. I request MikeMirzayanov to consider granting him one final chance.
